Cardio Tennis is a fun, high energy, group fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, by a Cardio Tennis teaching professional.
If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis. Most classes have mixed ability, but regardless of ability or fitness level the tennis professional is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person. A Cardio Tennis workout is typically 6-10 players per court doing fast paced tennis games and drills set to fun music…
Cardio Tennis Class Schedule:
Suggest Preregistration – Space is Limited
- MONDAY – 7:00 – 8:00 pm
- THURSDAY – 7:00-8:00 pm
- SATURDAY – 8:30-10:00 am This class is slowed down a bit for the beginner and advanced beginner player.
- Private Group Cardio available – Please contact Laurie (972-822-0785) for day, time and cost.
